The Administrator of Your personal data is Startup Poland Foundation (“Startup Poland”) with its registered office in Warsaw, Solec St., 81B, 73A premises, 00-382 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs and the Register of Associations, Other Social and Professional Organisations, Foundations and Independent Public Health Care Centres of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000550889. We process your personal data in order to establish or maintain business relations with you, to inform you about Startup Poland’s products or services, to carry out Startup Poland’s networking activities, to send you information about Startup Poland’s activities and important news for the startup ecosystem, and to perform our agreements.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) or (b) or (f) of RODO. The legitimate interest pursued by the administrator is to establish or maintain business relations with you and direct marketing of Startup Poland products or services.
The personal data we process comes directly from you or has been provided on your behalf, or has been obtained from publicly available sources.

The recipients of your personal data are Startup Poland employees and associates, entities supporting Startup Poland in our efforts to support the startup ecosystem in Poland, service providers, as well as co-hosts of initiatives organised by Startup Poland such as chambers of commerce or organisations supporting the startup ecosystem in other EU member states.

Your personal data will be stored and processed until you request its deletion or restriction of processing, or until we terminate our relationship with you on the basis of the applicable contract, unless longer storage and processing is required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, you also have the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability. If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Furthermore, under the RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data.
