City Tour Guide is a mobile application for tourists using the Augmented Reality and gamification.

CHARACTERISTIC
City Tour Guide is an individual for each region, mobile tourist application that uses Augmented Reality and gamification.
Users get free access to the most relevant information about places of interest (descriptions, voice description, opening hours, ticket prices, photos - all in the highest quality).
For sightseeing, tourists can use Augmented Reality - just aim your phone's camera at an object / building and immediately receive information about a given point.

INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
Promotion of the city / region on an international scale, as part of the 'CityGuideTour' tourists exchange network. Strengthen the brand of the city in the area of ​​tourism promotion.

GAMIFICATION
Interaction driving and maintaining traffic in the application / system. For the visited places users get points, whereby participate in the local and global ranking.
The best places in the ranking are awarded prizes - special offers or discounts

CROWDSOURSING
The involvement of users to rate visited objects, as well as create their own routes based on those rates (individual preferences). Those ratings will serve a double function:
1) will provide information to other users about whether it is worth to visit the place or not;
2) will provide information for the city which areas require special attention (a low score), and which are considered to be extremely attractive.
Using a scale of 1-5 it can be assumed that, based on 4 and 5 rates, users can automatically built their individual routes and then share them to other users (friends, guests, etc.).

LIVE-MARKETING
Dynamic information about the city events merged with a gamification (info taken from the city calendar).
After running the app the advertising of the key event of the week is displayed - exhibitions, concerts, shows etc.
Users who visit the place where such an event takes place receive more points to the ranking. Moreover, this tool can be used during so-called 'special days' - i.e. during Halloween visiting each castle is rewarded with double gamification points.
