Why we have started this project.

While I was applying for the job offers placed in major job portals I was feeling so impotent as I couldn't present myself in the most effective way. I had to apply for the job like many other people by sending CV which couldn't prove how innovative I can be, what kind of special skills I have and so on. Moreover, in most cases, I was applying for jobs which certain job requirements such as; language skills, being presentable and optimistic and having good communication skills. I was sure about my skills which were so needed regarding job offer I was applying for, but I couldn't prove it. Also, I was experiencing the feeling of rejection because of the lack of any feedback from the companies I sent my CV to. I was worried that my job application would not get to recruiter due to a massive number of others job seekers, who maybe weren't as good as me. So, I became a bit angry because the whole system didn't work for me at all. I was sure that if I could create a good first impression on my potential employer at first stage of the recruitment process, I would be much more successful in the job searching. Therefore company grabyourjobonline.com came up with an idea which is based on innovative approach regarding a job recruitment process. The new idea is based on a video application which can replace existing approach and provides the job seekers and employers with a very effective recruitment tool. Our company has created an innovative solution which will enable job seekers to present their skills and aptitudes straight away.

Instead of sending a little effective CV, you will be provided with the possibility of recording yourself while answering written questions made by recruiter in the job offer and prove that you have skills and traits your employer is looking for.
If you want to be more competitive among other job seekers, you need a tool which will help you to show your dedication and present your skills and personal traits in a different and effective way. So if you can speak very well a foreign language or you have great communication skills and you have a very professional appearance and approach, now you can prove it by recording a video and differentiate yourself from others.

From the other side, a modern business will be provided with the effective business tool, which will be helpful in finding candidates who are able to meet certain requirements and time needed to find the best people will be reduced as well.
A modern business reality has become very competitive, therefore solutions which will improve access to best possible staff is crucial. Technological description of grabyourjobonline.com. The user interface has been made with RWD (Responsive Web Design) using HTML5 and CSS3. Portal engine was built in the architecture of MVC in PHP OOP using a database PDO MySQL version 5.6. Communication with recording devices is working thanks to support for HTML5 (Jquery).

The current version of our service has to be updated and improved in order to make it suitable for all mobile devices and iOS software. Also, our service has to be as easy as possible to use for both employee and employers. To do so we have to raise funds to introduce and improve our vision of modern business communication into life. We want to give an alternative for the people and business, an alternative which will enable us to pursue our dreams.
