"NEODIALOG" - is an innovative gamification platform, training: communication and rapport skills for customer service, which are not obvious during the conversation (training the rate of speech, the necessary pauses, as well as managing the intoning of the speech, which allows to control the psychological distance with the client). The platform is based on a unique patented algorithm analysis of speech characteristics of people and provides training in simulation mode of communication with the client in various fields! Possession of non-verbal communication skill of speech is necessary for all employees interacting with the customer over the phone!
